Status of these terms
These are public plain-language implementation terms, not a substitute for the final customer agreement. No subscription is formed merely by viewing this site or sending an inquiry. Live checkout remains disabled until required legal, privacy, tax, insurance, accessibility, and payment reviews are complete.
Managed Website price and term
- $0 setup fee and $99 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- A 12-month initial service term. The no-setup-fee model does not mean there is no commitment.
- After the initial term, renewal is month-to-month at the disclosed rate unless valid non-renewal notice is given.
- Taxes, domains, advertising, paid third-party services, transaction fees, and work outside the written plan are separate unless expressly included.
Managed Website scope
- One supported vertical template with approved theme configuration and up to five standard public pages.
- Approved business profile, service catalog, service areas, primary call to action, contact or estimate form, basic technical SEO, and basic analytics where enabled.
- Customer-domain connection assistance, managed TLS, hosting, shared platform updates, monitoring, backups, and versioned publishing.
- One small related content request per billing month, capped at 20 staff minutes with no rollover.
- Routine email or portal support with a two-business-day initial response objective during staffed hours.
Excluded work and outcomes
The plan does not include unlimited changes, pages, calls, meetings, custom applications, e-commerce, dispatch systems, arbitrary scripts or plugins, extensive copywriting, original photography, legal copy, accessibility certification, unsupported integrations, or sensitive-data workflows. Welcome Foundry does not guarantee uptime, rankings, leads, calls, revenue, conversion rates, or search position.
Ownership and license
The customer keeps its domain registration, customer data, supplied content, trademarks, logos, photographs, approved original business information, and customer-owned assets. The customer must have authority to supply and publish those materials.
Welcome Foundry keeps the platform, templates, shared components, design system, schemas, automation, tooling, and reusable code. The managed subscription provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the configured hosted site while the subscription remains entitled and active; it does not sell shared source code or an exclusive template.
Renewal, cancellation, and early exit
- The customer may turn off renewal online at any time. During the initial term, service and monthly payments continue through the term end date.
- Any earlier termination or buyout offered in the final agreement must be available through the online flow and show the exact remaining amount and effective date before confirmation; none is promised by this baseline.
- After the initial term, the customer may cancel online for the end of the current paid monthly period.
- Partial-period refunds are not provided except where required by law, caused by a billing error, or expressly approved under the final policy.
- A support call or retention offer may be optional, but it cannot be the only cancellation route or delay a valid online action without consent.
Export and transition
During service and for 30 days after effective termination, the customer may request retained approved profile and page content, retained customer originals, lead submissions, public URLs, SEO fields, and DNS transition instructions in documented formats. Exports do not include shared code, templates, components, internal prompts or notes, secrets, non-transferable third-party materials, or another customer's data.
A static transition is not included. When technically and legally feasible, a separately scoped transition starts at $499 and may not preserve forms, accounts, analytics, integrations, payments, updates, or other dynamic behavior.
Payment failure and suspension baseline
The current implementation hypothesis allows retries after a failed payment, past-due status around day 7, limited account/add-on behavior around day 15, a neutral non-advertising public-site suspension around day 30, and termination review around day 60. Exact notices, timing, restoration, and deletion remain subject to the final agreement, law, and payment configuration.
Bespoke work
Bespoke websites start at $999, with ongoing hosting and support from $49 per month. A signed proposal controls the actual pages, custom components, design directions, revisions, content duties, integrations, schedule, payments, ownership, change orders, and ongoing service.
