Use the service lawfully and honestly
Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, permissions, licenses, disclosures, and business practices represented by their content and operations. Welcome Foundry may refuse, remove, restrict, or suspend material that creates legal, security, privacy, safety, vendor, or platform-integrity risk.
Content and behavior that are not allowed
- Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, deceptive claims, or misleading affiliation.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Malware, credential theft, destructive code, abusive automation, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Hate, threats, harassment, exploitation, or content that creates a credible risk of harm.
- Unsolicited messaging, unlawful tracking, or collection of data without required notice and consent.
- Regulated or highly sensitive data unless an enabled feature and signed agreement expressly support it.
- Arbitrary customer JavaScript, plugins, unsanitized HTML, or unsupported embeds on the managed plan.
Business claims and supplied assets
Licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties, financing, review excerpts, emergency availability, prices, years in business, service areas, and similar claims require evidence and customer approval before publication. Customers must have permission to supply logos, photographs, testimonials, copy, and other assets.
Platform protection
Customers may not probe, overload, scrape protected areas, reverse engineer access controls, interfere with another tenant, or use the service in a way that harms deliverability, reliability, security, vendors, or other customers. Reasonable security testing requires prior written authorization and an agreed scope.
Enforcement
Where practical, Welcome Foundry will explain the concern and allow correction. Immediate restriction may be necessary for active abuse, legal demands, security incidents, platform integrity, or urgent safety risk. Suspension will not redirect a customer's domain to advertising or a competitor. Billing, export, support, and appeal access will remain available as safely and lawfully practical.
Report a concern
Send a detailed report to hello@welcomefoundry.com, including the affected URL and enough context to review the issue. Do not include exploit code, credentials, or sensitive personal data in ordinary email.
