Current state
Pre-launch: the shared customer platform is private and is not yet carrying live customer websites, portal sessions, or payments. The public Welcome Foundry marketing site remains the only launched web property.
How incidents will be communicated
- Confirmed platform incidents will be summarized here with the affected service, start time, current impact, and next update time.
- Customer-specific details, private account information, and speculative causes will not be posted publicly.
- Affected customers will receive direct email when an incident requires account-specific action.
- A recovery notice will remain available long enough for customers to confirm service restoration.
